14-Day Exchange & Return: Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt. Only shipping fees will apply. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange/return. Please kindly note that the ”exchange order” is not eligible for another exchange/return.

Return/Exchange Service Procedure:

1. Please log in to your Wingdazzle account and click the “Refund” button.

2. Once we receive your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don’t hear back from us before chasing us up as it might have gone into this folder. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@wingdazzle.com.
